In an effort to connect with their customers on a digital plane, Mahindra have launched a couple of digital platforms: SYOUV (read S-YOU-V) and With You Hamesha. Mahindra have become the first Indian manufacturer to provide their customers with a seamless experience throughout their entire purchase cycle.
SYOUV focuses on the concerns of a customer during the pre-sales phase. It helps the customer to solve any problem that they may face while they are researching about the car and trying to make an informed decision. The customers also have the option of relying on tablets and kiosks making the whole experience much more affable.
With You Hamesha is aimed at ensuring a hassle-free service experience at the click of a button.
